Lucile H. Stanley went to be with the Lord on Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at Mary Washington Hospital.
Born in Parlow, she was a lifelong member of Wallers Baptist Church.
Survivors include her beloved husband, John Stanley; her son, Barry Stanley and his wife, Kathy; her daughter, Susan Henry Satterwhite and her husband, Phillip; four grandchildren, Kimberley Bird and her husband Paul, Mark Stanley and his wife Heike, Lisa Henry and Logan Henry; four great-grandchildren, Samantha Harris, Emmett Stanley, Ava Stanley and Isabella Grace Henry; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept, 26, at Wallers Baptist Church, A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at the church, with burial following in the church cemetery.
