VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TUNING MOWERS

Employment Resources Inc.'s new vocational center at the Gladys H. Oberle School is doing fall tuneups for lawn mowers and string trimmers for local residents.

The ERI instructors teach students how to do tuneups on a variety of brands of lawn mowers and trimmers.

All tuneups are done by students under strict supervision by trained vocational staff.

Tuneups include inspection and trouble shooting, replacing spark plugs, oil change for two-or four-stroke engines, rewind inspection and replacement, sharpening blades, power washing the unit and mower deck, replacing filters, adjusting carburetors, two test starts and any other needed work. Owners must pay for replacement parts.

There is no charge for the tuneup, but a donation to the program is appreciated.

Call 540/372-6710, ext. 157 to schedule a tuneup.
