Due to a variety of factors, the morning student drop-off-traffic control at Riverbend High School is the worst it has ever been!

The traffic-control configuration is unworkable and choked, and it leads to daily delays for many concerned.

As student and pedestrian safety are critical here, it is hoped that a professional, independent traffic-control study can solve this nasty bottleneck sooner rather than later.
