The Board of Supervisors meets at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the board chambers of the George L. Gordon Jr. Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road. Public hearings begin at 7 p.m. The Finance, Audit and Budget Committee meets at noon.

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY

The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the board chambers of the Holbert Building, 9104 Courthouse Road.

KING GEORGE COUNTY

Tuesday at 2 p.m., the Board of Supervisors will attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new King George Sheriff's Office building, 10445 Government Center Blvd., off State Route 3. Supervisors will meet with the Planning Commission at 5 p.m. to discuss the Comprehensive Plan, then have their meeting at 6 p.m. in the board room of the Revercomb Administration Center.

ORANGE COUNTY

The Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Gordon Building, 112 W. Main St., Orange. The commission will hold a public comment period on proposed changes to the county comprehensive plan and associated ordinances dealing with land use and subdivision of agriculturally zoned property The commission will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. in the same location.

CULPEPER COUNTY

The Board of Supervisors meets at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the County Administration Building, 302 N. Main St. The 7 p.m. session has been canceled.
