No blaming Bush for attacks on consulate

Maybe I missed it, missed the outrage of the American public concerning the attack on the American Consulate in Libya on Sept. 11, 2012, resulting in the tragic death of an ambassador and three others on American soil, amounting to the first successful attack on America since 9/11.

While the administration trotted out the U.S. ambassador to the U.N. on Sunday talk shows to drive the narration toward linking the attack to the anti-Muslim movie trailer, it is all a red herring. There is no excuse. None! The American people and diplomats have lived with the threat of terror attacks for 11 years, and Americans and American diplomacy have now been successfully attacked for the first time in 11 years--on the date that has been ingrained in our national consciousness as never again.

Mr. President, this tragedy cannot be blamed on Bush-Cheney! The outcome of any investigation into this attack is irrelevant; this is your administration's failure, and you personally bear the record of one (killing Osama bin Laden) and four (the American dead in Libya)-- a losing record, sir!
