Ruth Ann O'Neil, 67, of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at her residence.

Ruth was born Nov. 5, 1944, in Palmyra, N.J., and was married to Leonard Klein for 42 years until his death in 2009. Ruth's passions were her home, gardening, wildlife and history. She had a 10-year career with the federal government and retired as a budget analyst in 1996.

She is survived by her son, Martin Klein, and her daughter, Kristen Klein.
