Elba Cristina "Titti" Caraballo, 77, died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012, at Mary Washington Hospital.
She was the beloved sister of Rosa E. Cintròn of Fredericksburg and Hector L. Caraballo of Ponce, Puerto Rico.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Fredericksburg at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24. Officiating will be Father Paul M. Eversole. Interment will be in Puerto Rico.
