Culpeper teen turns himself in; was sought in Scanlon Street break-in
Second teen arrested in Culpeper burglary
The second teen wanted in connection with a Scanlon Street break-in in Culpeper on Thursday is in custody.
Darsel Justin London, 18, of Warrenton turned himself into police Friday morning, authorities said. London is charged with burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony.
A second suspect, 19-year-old Vincent Petros Crosland, was arrested at the scene of the crime about noon Thursday. He is also charged with burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony.
A resident reported two people entering the abandoned home through a window.
Police searched for London unsuccessfully most of Thursday afternoon.
