Devone Eugene Cummings, two counts obtaining money or property by false pretense, felony credit card theft, two counts felony conspiracy to commit larceny, fraudulent use of identification, two counts felony credit card fraud

Max C. Dilley, felony conspiracy to commit larceny; felony obtaining money or property by false pretense; 10 counts misdemeanor obtaining money or property by false pretense; five counts misdemeanor peddling/soliciting without a permit; five counts misdemeanor charitable contributions fraud, non-registration; five counts misdemeanor charitable contributions fraud, misleading statement

Charles Gerald Hall, felony manufacture, sale or distribution of a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance, or possession with intent to manufacture, distribute or sell a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance; misdemeanor driving on a suspended or revoked operator's license; misdemeanor false identity to law enforcement

Lisa Marie Hawkins, felony concealment, third or subsequent offense

Delmar Raymond Hickey, felony manufacture, sale or distribution of a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance, or possession with intent to manufacture, distribute or sell a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance
