Todd William Ballard, 52, of Prince William County died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at his residence.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Callahan, and stepfather John; daughter Randi Olivia Ballard; and brothers Lewis Anthony Ballard of Wakefield, Mass., and Timothy M. Ballard of La Mesa, Calif.
