Jerry William Heddings, 70, of Reva passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Culpeper Regional Hospital.

He was born Oct. 15, 1942, in Warrenton, a son of the late William S. and Frances Wampler Heddings.

Jerry worked with Airlie Dairy in Catlett and Fredericksburg until becoming a wholesale distributor for the Murray Cookie Co. for 33 years, retiring in 2007. He was a resident of Fredericksburg for 38 years before moving to Reva at the time of his retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Heddings; two children, Alan J. Heddings of Seattle and Kendall S. Heddings of St. Petersburg, Fla.; his siblings, WinnaJean Miller of Culpeper and Royce L., Garland J., Berle L. and Charles W. Heddings and Yvonne McFarlane, all of Catlett; and one grandson, Trent Heddings.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, where a funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, with Pastor Adam Meisberger officiating. Interment will be private.
