Lois B. Cope, 67, of Fredericksburg died Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.

Lois was born and raised in Norway, Mich. She was a loving and caring mom, sister and friend.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Ernest H. Cope; her youngest son, Douglas L. Cope; and her parents, Edward and Norma Bertoline.

Survivors include two sons, Michael R. Cope and Brian E. Cope and wife Bonnie; two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Marilyn; brother Ken Bertolini; sister Joyce Snowdon; four stepchildren, Karen Cope, Barbara Wilson, Stephen Cope and Jean Grooms; and four stepgrandchildren, Kelly, Chris, Tori and Hadley.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, at Quantico National Cemetery.
