Juan Kevin Thede, 52, of Stafford County died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at his home.

Mr. Thede had retired from the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the Marine Corps Association. He was a senior program analyst for Engility Corp. He was a member of St. William of York Catholic Church and enjoyed running, riding his Harley, sports and working in his yard.

Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Erin Thede; sons John and Jarrett Thede; daughter Loryn Thede; father and stepmother Cloyd Thede and Judy Thede; brothers Cloyd Thede Jr. and Scott Sell; sisters Barbara Fels, Debbie Wright, Cori Thede, Tammy Whitman, Tara Ward and Kristie Sell; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Edward and Patricia Burke.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Thede.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, at St. William of York Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
