Are they finished paving the Chatham Bridge? I hope not. There are a number of places where the rock shows through the asphalt. One bad winter of freezing rain or sleet and they'll be patching it again in a year. I suppose this work was contracted by the state of Virginia. If so, it would make sense that an inspector employed by the state would see to it that the project was done right.
