Bernard "Bernie" Hoskins, 70, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at his residence in Culpeper. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, Culpeper. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
