This whole election cycle, the president's campaign was operated by mocking, dividing, and dodging. It's always someone else's fault. The Benghazi situation has a stench to it, especially with Gen. Petraeus' resignation. Will we be able to get to the bottom of it, or will there be more stonewalling, equivocating, and blaming?
Now this great land has re-elected President Obama, and being the wonderful nation we are there will be a peaceful transfer of power. Almost half of Americans did not choose this leader, but we accept it, as good citizens must. I would not be surprised if there were some shenanigans behind the scenes at polling stations in some swing states, tampering with the votes--we've heard such reports repeatedly but it's hard to prove.
But what I do know is much of the media clearly pulled shenanigans during this election cycle and were complicit in assuaging or covering up vital things that the American public needed to know about this administration before Nov. 6.
Indeed, as the columnist said, "Where in God's name is the outrage?" This is too important to just accept.
