What is happening to our mail?

I live in River Heights Mobile Homes. I sent a letter out to my daughter in Savannah, Ga., and she never got it. I sent a sympathy card to a friend here in Virginia that she never got, and I sent a thank-you letter to the newspaper about all the great care I got the time I was in Mary Washington Hospital, and you never got it.

My daughter sent me a Thanksgiving card recently. I never got the nice card. What is going on with our mail here?
