Don't be hypocritical re: Benghazi

While I deeply regret that four Americans died in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, I am confused by the uproar surrounding the public statements made by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice and other members of the administration concerning the attack.

I don't understand what difference it makes whether the attack was coordinated by terrorists or by citizens angry with the United States for other reasons.

For hypocrites like John McCain and Lindsey Graham to accuse Ms. Rice of lying is incredible. I don't recall that either of those senators called Colin Powell a liar when he was forced by his administration to present a series of lies concerning weapons of mass destruction in front of the United Nations to justify our unnecessary invasion of Iraq. How did that work out for us?

Several thousand American military personnel lost their lives and thousands of others have been maimed, not to mention tens of thousands Iraqi citizens that were needlessly slaughtered.
