Richard W. Hogg, 58, of Palmyra, formerly of Locust Grove, passed away at his home on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012.
The family will hold a gathering from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Charlottesville First Church of the Nazarene, 3056 Louisa Road, Keswick.
