Date published: 12/8/2012 Peggy S. Tignor Peggy S. Tignor, 81, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at her home. Mrs. Tignor was a member of Fredericksburg United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Major Tignor; brother Herbert Shelton and wife Ethel; niece Sandy Shelton; and nephew Stuart Sullivan and wife Joyie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Mary Virginia Shelton; brother Clarence Shelton; and sister Estelle Sullivan.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
