Eugene E. Smith
Eugene E. "Gene" Smith, 61, formerly of Stafford County, passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, in a Las Vegas hospice due to complications from diabetes. He was born March 14, 1951.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Grace Community Church, 2333 Roosevelt Blvd., Winchester.
