Shirley B. Liles, 56, of Ruther Glen died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at Memorial Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. She worked at the Exxon Pit Stop in Doswell for more than 10 years. She was a loving mother, wife, sister and friend to many, and always had a caring heart.
Shirley is survived by her husband, William C. Liles; a son, William C. Liles Jr. and his girlfriend, Meghan; a daughter, Pamela J. Liles; stepdaughter Casey Liles; two brothers, Jimmie Ray Burnette and his wife, Julie, and Michael Wayne Burnette; and two grandsons, Ricky and Parham Cannon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ethel C. Burnette; and a brother, Kenneth Burnette.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at the funeral home.
The family wants to thank her many special friends and caregivers Annette and Gloria Jean.
