Thank you, Free Lance-Star: You have made my decision to not renew my subscription a no-brainer. I am shocked and appalled that you would allow the editor to include in a recent edition [Dec. 3] a political cartoon of Santa flying his sleigh smoking a bong.

You claim to be a family paper--well, you really showed your true colors.

You offer your paper to local schools so the teachers can use it as a reference to local and national events. Is this the type of picture we really want our children viewing? I don't think so.

I would fire the editor post haste!.
