Roy Jennings Holloway Jr., 88, of Goochland passed away Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at home.
Mr. Holloway was a U.S. Navy World War II veteran. He enjoyed woodworking, golf, tennis and hunting. Mr. Holloway retired from Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, LaVaughn Holloway; daughter Lisa Ann Brown and husband Kenneth; grandchildren Joseph Jennings Brown, Andrew Brown and wife Nicole and Amanda Symonds and husband Mike; and great-grandchildren Noah, Tyler, Hannah and Carter.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with a rosary starting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
