There is an Israel, but certainly not a 'Palestine'

I am appalled that The Free Lance-Star would expose its readership to the drivel contained in the Dec. 7 editorial "Israel's 3,000 errors," a reference to housing units Israel plans to build around the West Bank. The editorial refers to the intended construction as a "tit-for-tat" move by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and contends Netanyahu is is showboating. Nothing could be further from the truth. The facts, with regard to Israel and Palestine are:

God gave the Jews land from the river of Egypt unto the great river Euphrates.

There are an Israel and Israelis, but there has never been a nation called Palestine nor a Palestinian people as declared by Palestinian Liberation Organization founder Ahmed Shukari, PLO leader Yassir Arafat, the late Syrian President Hafez al-Assad, PLO member Zahir Muhsein, and the late Jordanian King Hussein. "Palestine" was used by Roman Emperor Hadrian circa 2,000 years ago to curse the Jewish people. He decreed that Judea be called "Palestine," after the Philistines, an enemy of Israel, gone 600 years earlier.

The media and modern enemies of the resurrected Jewish nation have dusted off Hadrian's curse and are attempting to pull off a monumental heist. The Arab world, the United Nations, the international community, and the Court of Justice reincarnated "Palestine" to steal Israel's heritage.

Arabs who live in Israel have disguised themselves as "Palestinians" for fraudulent purposes, and the aforementioned organizations seek a state for that fraud, revealed to us by the words of Ahmed Shukari from the U.N. as early as 1956, by Zahir Muhsein, and other Arab leaders, including the King of Jordan.

The editorial fails to mention that the Arabs do not want peace with Israel but Arab expansion; they want to annihilate Israel and the Jewish people. Israel consists of less than one-fifth of 1 percent of lands under Arab control. Why should Israel be divided to provide more land for Arab nations (21), or a people that do not exist.

If you take anything away from this, it must be that the land in dispute belongs to Israel, and there has never been a Palestine or a Palestinian people--not ever.
