Between 1 and 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, two black women were seen by employees exiting the Giant store at 5701 Plank Road with a cart full of store merchandise without paying. The suspects placed the items inside the vehicle and left. Value of the merchandise is $190. CFS 12-144050

Between 1:45 and 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 12, someone stole a camouflage man's wallet valued at $20 containing items of identification, $22 in cash and a credit card from an unlocked gym locker at American Family Fitness, 10020 Southpoint Parkway. CFS 12-142171

Between 5:50 and 6:40 p.m. on Dec. 15, someone stole an Aigner wallet valued at $50 containing credit cards and bank cards from an unlocked vehicle at the Fredericksburg Field House, 3411 Shannon Park Drive. CFS 12-143518

Between 6 a.m. on Dec. 15 and 4 p.m. on Dec. 17, someone broke into a locked blue 2001 Dodge Caravan at Family Signs, 202 Freedom Court, and stole the battery valued at $100, the Virginia state inspection sticker valued at $16 and a black laptop bag valued at $60. The right rear tire was punctured and it is valued at $150. CFS 12-144141

Between 8 p.m. on Dec. 15 and 8 a.m. on Dec. 16, someone stole a radio-controlled car, a pack of batteries and $10 in cash from an unlocked white 2011 Dodge Challenger parked in a driveway in the 13400 block of Fox Chase Lane, Fox Chase. CFS 12-144188

Between 12:10 and 2:18 a.m. on Dec. 16, a resident saw a person inside their unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Alexandria Street in Roseland. When the resident approached, the suspect ran away. Missing is a black Velcro wallet containing $140. The person in the car is described as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, and black shorts. Between 4 p.m. on Dec. 15 and 1 p.m. on Dec. 16, someone entered an unlocked gray 2007 Chevrolet Impala in the 12500 block of Bareford Court in Lake Wilderness and stole three brass napkin holders valued at $90 and a gray Kindle valued at $100. CFS 12-144163
