Teresa Dawn Sullivan, 35, of Fredericksburg died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, as a result of an automobile accident.

Survivors include two sons, Kyle Allen Eaton and Nicholas Allen Eaton; daughter Paige Dawn Sullivan; husband Mack Sullivan; parents Ronald and Darlene Eaton; sister Angela Wyatt (Alvin); maternal grandparents Walter C. and Marilyn Roakes; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at noon Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family requests casual attire for the service.
