Curtis McDowney Jr, 59, of Colonial Beach died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012.

There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Little Zion Baptist Church in Oak Grove, followed by the funeral at noon at the church.
