Ruebin R. Fletcher
Ruebin Roger Fletcher, 68, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Mary Washington Hospital.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
A service will be held at noon on Monday, Jan. 7, at Beulah Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
