Michael Strong of Puerto Rico and Marie Strong of Alexandria announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal Marie Strong of Stafford, to Jonathon Bryan Simmons of Stafford. He is the son of Bryan and Donna Simmons of Stafford.

Crystal will graduate from Christopher Newport University in the spring with a degree in social work. Jonathon is currently stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana. A fall wedding is planned.
