A crazed person kills 20 innocent kids in Connecticut and the nation is rightly outraged. People have gathered and lit candles, laid flowers and cute little Teddy bears at the crime scene. Now, every day--every day, mind you!--thousands of innocent little kids are killed by abortion doctors and the good caring people of America give a collective yawn!
What is the difference between a child in the womb and a child in a schoolroom? There have been more than 55 million just-as-innocent kids as those in Connecticut killed by abortion doctors since Roe v. Wade became law in 1973. We are told that abortions should be rare; well, 55 million dead innocent children is not rare and no crazed gunmen have come close to these numbers.
I have an idea: Let's ban assault rifles and the tools of the abortion trade, you know, in the spirit of bipartisanship.
All of these mass shootings of late have one common thread: The shooters were known to be seriously mentally, yet nothing was done in the name of public safety. Somebody should be overseeing these people.
