Virginia A. Phillips
Virginia A. Phillips, 72, of Callao passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013.
She is survived by her fiance, Nathan Blackwell of Fredericksburg. She is also survived by her daughters, Cynthia Dunn of Callao and Debra D. Exline and her husband, Brad, of Maryland; and one son, Robert R. Gallahan Jr. of Valley Forge.
Burial will be private.
