Frances S. Cloe

Frances Serena Cloe, 91, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at her lifelong Garrisonville residence.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Stuart Cloe, and many loving cousins, dear friends and her wonderful caregivers, without whom she would not have been able to spend her last years at home.
