Billy Joe Justice, 71, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at Mary Washington Hospital.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Quantico National Cemetery.

Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service is handling the arrangements.
