Arm of the Lord Ministry, 2100 Airport Ave., will host the NAACP 12th Annual MLK Prayer Breakfast on Jan. 21 at 9 a.m., with the Beulah Baptist Church Mass Choir and Praise Dancers and keynote speaker the Rev.
