TSgt. Mark Robert Promer USAF (ret.), 51, of Madison County died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at Louisa Health and Rehab.

He was a member of American Legion Post 320 and coached Parks and Recreation Soccer and T-ball.

Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Promer; his stepdaughters, Wanda Clements and her husband, Tim, and Cassandra Rohling; his parents, Darwin and Joan Promer; his brothers, Mike Promer and John Promer and his wife, Georgia; his sister, Sandra Promer; and his grandchild, Evan Clements.

He was preceded in death by his son Robert Promer.

A service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at noon in Quantico National Cemetery.
