I-95 TRAVELER ALERT

Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.; slope repair work will continue this week on I-95 southbound between Exit 148 (Quantico Marine Corps Base) and Exit 143 (State Route 610/Aquia/Garrisonville) in Stafford County. The right lane will be closed near mile marker 147. Expect minor delays.

STAFFORD COUNTY

U.S. 1 (Falmouth Bridge)

Sunday-Thursday, 8 p.m.-6 a.m.; work continues on the Falmouth Sidewalk Bridge Rehabilitation Project. Motorists will be restricted to one lane on northbound and southbound U.S. 1 at the Falmouth Bridge during the overnight hours. The sidewalk will remain closed to pedestrian traffic during the project.

U.S. 1 (Aquia Creek Bridge)

(Update) Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; one lane will be closed on U.S. 1 northbound State Route 610 (Garrisonville Road) and State Route 637 (Telegraph Road). This lane closure is in connection with the project to replace the bridge over Aquia Creek on U.S. 1.

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY

Loriella Park Drive

(New) Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; crews will be gathering soil samples on State Route 1387 (Loriella Park Drive) located off of Leavells Road. This work is in connection with an upcoming drainage-pipe replacement project. Motorists will be restricted to one lane in the work zone.

Plantation Forest Drive

(New) Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; crews will be gathering soil samples on State Route 1421 (Plantation Forest Drive) located off of State Route 208. This work is in connection with an upcoming drainage-pipe project. Motorists will be restricted to one lane in the work zone.

CAROLINE COUNTY

State Route 652 (Ruther Glen Road)

(New) Monday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; motorists will be restricted to one lane on eastbound State Route 652 between State Route 690 and State Route 620. Crews will be inspecting the State Route 652 bridge over the CSX railroad.

State Route 684 (Dry Bridge Road)

(New) Tuesday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; motorists will be restricted to one lane on eastbound State Route 684 between State Route 207 and State Route 752. Crews will be inspecting the Route 684 bridge over the CSX railroad.
