Laura Eva Crump, 102, a longtime resident of Washington, D.C., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013.

A visitation will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Rhode Island and First Streets NE, Washington and again in Virginia at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, and a memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at Branch Fork Baptist Church, 6930 Stubbs Bridge Road in Spotsylvania County.
