I have been in the U.S. for 51 years. In order to become a naturalized citizen of this great country of ours, one must obtain legal permanent residency (the green card) and then wait five years before applying for citizenship. You must be able to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, and prove you know some facts of American history, and you must really want it and feel it in your heart.

When something is given away so easily it is not valued.

I am so horrified by the immigration reform decision by our president that every time it comes out in the news I just cannot bear to listen to it anymore. What is happening to our USA?

God keep us in His hands; we'd better pray for USA.
