Charles Lee "Charlie" Duncan entered into eternal rest on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at his home in Ruther Glen.
Charles, one of 15 children, was born Oct. 3, 1933, to the late Mattie Coates Duncan and the Rev. James Duncan in Monroe, La.
A viewing will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at C.W. Edwards Funeral Home and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Second Baptist Church, 26725 Ruther Glen Road, Ruther Glen, Va. 22546, with the Rev. Dr. Arthur N. Werts, pastor, delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
