Randall P. Meadows
Randall P. Meadows, 45, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, in Richlands.
He was born May 4, 1967, in Richlands to Howard and Bonnie Meadows and raised in Caroline County.
Survivors include his daughter, Crystal Ashley Nichols, and grandchildren Amanda, Shawn and, Tyler, all of Woodford; brother Harold Meadows; sister Diana Stinson; brother-in-law Jerry Able; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 56 McWhirt Loop, Fredericksburg, Va. 22406. Pastor Chris Brown will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
