Edward A. Linsmayer, 69, of Geraldine, Ala., formerly of Stafford County, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013.

He was a member of Ramoth Baptist Church and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include four children, Edward Linsmayer Jr., Daniel Linsmayer, Patty McCreless (Stanley), of Crossville, Ala., and Peggy Allen (Donald Mills) of Spotsylvania; nine grandchildren, Casey, April, Lisa, Christopher, Candice, Felisha, Jessica, William and Jordan ; 14 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
