Beverly W. Edwards, formerly of Stafford County, passed away peacefully at her home in Geneva, N.Y., on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013.

She was preceded in death by husband David L. Edwards; daughter Donna M. Garrison; grandson David R. Kessler; first husband Albert R. Tolson Sr.; two brothers, Harold Tapscott and Billy Shreve; sister Barbara Copper; and parents Walter and Pearl Tapscott.

Survivors include son Rusty Tolson (Paulene); son Kevin Tolson (Chrysti); daughter Michelle Ball (Tony); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Bev's life will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Carl Lewis Community Center on Telegraph Road in Stafford.
