Kenneth McDonald Stepney, 46-year-old native of King George County died at Mary Washington Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at First Baptist Church Ambar, King George, with Pastor William T. Frye officiating.
