Gas tax needed in Va.

After a lot of thought, I have decided that we, the people of Virginia, need to pay more gas tax. I believe a fair increase will be one-tenth of one cent per gallon. That would makes gas prices in Virginia reflect what we are already paying.

In a time when Canada has done away with the penny, we are still dealing with percentages of one cent. I know that it is marketing strategy, but give me a break, is there a gas pump anywhere that can accurately dispense nine-tenths of one cent of gasoline? So, Governor, I am all for raising the gas tax. Use it for road maintenance.
