Marilyn Ann Blystone Crowder, 79, of Fredericksburg died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, after an extended illness.

She was born in Sullivan, Ill., on Sept. 26, 1933, the daughter of the late Ralph Abraham and Inola Stephens Blystone.

She is survived by three daughters, Rebecca Crowder Wells, Deborah Lynn Johnson and Diane Leigh Shafer; and brother David Blystone of Augusta, Ga. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Terry Crowder; brother Edward Eugene Blystone; and sister Marjorie Darlene Blystone.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Shelton Shop Road, Stafford. Inurnment will follow at Stafford Memorial Park.
