Helen Goulding Myers went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, and to be reunited with her loving husband of 57 years, Douglas L. Myers.
She was born on Oct. 29, 1924, in Washington, D.C. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her four children, Bob Myers and his wife, Jane, Barbara McGrady and her husband, Bill, Buddy Myers and his wife, Suzanne, all of Fredericksburg, and Patti Crosby and her husband, Scott, of Jacksonville, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren
She was an active and faithful member of Southpoint Baptist Church in Jacksonville. Her interests included gardening, sewing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
