Law shields gun owners from the control gang
If the Democrats knew what was in the Constitution, gun control would not be relevant. Perhaps they should read it sometime. They might be enlightened.
Senate amendment 3276, Sec. 2716, part C states that the government cannot collect "any information to the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition." Meaning the government cannot mandate firearm legislation. No registration or confiscation. Not even an executive order can override this amendment.
Oh, but don't think they will not try to bypass or perhaps try to change this amendment.
After all, the Constitution is just a piece of paper to them.
