Margaret Colvin Beverly, 85, of Falmouth died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Mary Washington Hospital.

Mrs. Beverly was a member of Falmouth Baptist Church for more than 50 years. She was a member of Philathea-Esther Sunday school class.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Garland Colvin, who died in 1983. She later married William Beverly, who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Dennis Colvin (Gale) of Falmouth, James Colvin (Cheryl) of Spotsylvania County; daughter Paige Carter French of Richmond; sister Estell Rohme of Fredericksburg; three grandsons, Richard Colvin (Krista), Brandon Colvin (Wendy) and Curtis Colvin; and great-granddaughter Sadie Lynn Colvin.

A service will be held at noon Monday, March 11, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
