Shirley Kay Conley, 65, of Stafford County passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Mary Washington Hospital, with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Jackson of Honaker; two children, Jefferson Scott and Kristina Marie Conley; and siblings Paul Jackson, Joann Boyd and Joyce Stamper.

She is survived by her loving husband, Billy Ray Conley Sr.; son Jonathan; stepson Billy Ray Conley Jr.; stepdaughter Darlene Johnson; and siblings Lula Miller (Justin), Louise Nelson, Teddy Jackson (Kay Marie) and Kimberly Jackson.

A visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, Va. 22032. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. the same day, with burial to follow in Fairfax Memorial Park. Flowers may be sent directly to the funeral home.
